Horrible experience they didn’t even know my car was there until I called to ask the status of my car. Then they thought my car was there for maintenance when it was there for problems. Then they didn’t have me down as having an appointment when I spoke to the supervisor and she is the one who told me to bring the car in. Terrible service center (if you can even call it so). Literally no regard for the customer, very few technicians working in the bays. I had a schedule maintenance in my 2023 Tiguan for July 28, at 11:00 am, confirmed by an email received from Lakeland. Only 2 items to be done: roof lights not working and front/left tire with the valve leaking a little. That's it!!!!

A little disappointed this time around, got in the car stated it was washed it was not, the MIDDLE ARM rest was dirty from Someone putting their arm there (BLACK dirt/sweat) the communication was good, but disappointed they said it was washed and Vacuumed and it was not! We had already been there almost 2 hours, so we just left at this point didn't want to wait longer, but they really should clean up after themselves being in someones car with TAN interior / serivce advisor very nice

Doing business at Lakeland VW was the easiest dealership experience I have ever had. Martin was a great sales person who wasn’t pushy and helped find the exact vehicle to meet my family’s needs. Our daughter is just turning 16 and needed a car. Buying a third car was not something we were excited about. However after a plan to give our daughter one of our current vehicles we decided to purchase a Volkswagen. This is our first Volkswagen and our family including our daughter couldn’t be happier. I was not expecting to buy a vehicle that day but ultimately i got a great deal for my trade in. I did not feel pressured from anyone like other dealerships and both dominic and the rest of the staff made me comfortable throughout my purchase.

I was traveling from Florida back home to Huntsville, AL when my vehicle developed mechanical problems. From my initial call to the service department, all actions were exceptional. Service department is very slow and nonchalant. It took a week to get an appointment. I scheduled first thing in the morning got there early. They told me it would only be one hour for an oil change.. I told them I did not need a car wash or anything like that. It took two hours and they washed my car.. at an hour and a half. It was great working with the Sales Representative Dominic Bailey. He is very professional, explains the car buying process well, delivers expectations, and follows up timely. I have been taking my vehicle to Lakeland Volkswagen for over 3 years for service. In all that time I have had just one bad visit but Ashleigh Hernan in the service department resolved my problem. There has been some turnover of personnel in the service department which is expected, but Ashleigh Hernan has been there since I purchased my VW (two of them) and she is consistently attentive to why I take my vehicle and is courteous always and keeps me informed of the progress on my service calls,

Martin the sales guy was amazing! Once I realized the starting price if the vehicle was under 20k I was like sign me up! Little did I know by the time I left I would be paying 8k over the original price. Larry broke down how Gap works but failed to break down how 16k ends up 24k. I am just a girl lol 😂. It’s all good though, God sees everything we do and I am sure it will be ok.

There seems to be very little sense of customer service or effort to accommodate clients. Matthew called me “bro” 2 times during a 4 mins conversation.
I had a great experience! Everyone was so friendly and I never felt the pressure I have felt at other dealerships. Everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable, and if they didn’t know the answer they quickly found it for me.
A Oil iChange turned into a 3 day affair because 2 new tires where ordered and it took 2m Days to arrive. WE spend about 8 hrs ibn waiting room 75 plus miles between home and dealership. But in the end I bought a new car
I was visiting from Canada. My Atlas broke down on a Thursday afternoon and I was able to get it to Lakeland VW dealership. I met service adviser Ashleigh. She explained they would try to get to it on Friday and arranged a ride to Winter Haven. Over the next several days Ashleigh kept me informed of the progress of the repairs. Good customer service. The wait was longer than what I am use too for oil change. I can hear wind inside suv when windows rolled up and no radio on. Lots of whistling noise.

Dominic was concise, professional and knowledgeable about VW, but primarily he listened to and considered my needs in this process. Larry was quick, accurate and very knowledgeable of the finance process and got me through it quickly.

Is always a sad day when you ask for a engine check and the device is not working and they do not find anything wrong with your car when the truth is that the system is not properly functioning
